The primary goal of the Movement is to empower individual well-being.
Airline safety instructions at the beginning of each flight specifically say for the individual to put on their oxygen mask first before trying to help someone else in the event of an emergency.
This is valid logic that applies to life in general.
Every member needs to build their well-being in order to be strong to help their family and fellow Village members.
We are working to build a self-evaluation that we encourage each member to complete.
It will help them to assess their situation and identify priorities for personal growth.
Once the self-evaluation is complete, we will guide members to create their personal development plan.
This is intended to help each member focus on obtaining the resources they need from the community to help improve their well-being.
This process can then be extended to the family.
